Your friendly guide to using this app
First things first
Hey! Don't worry if this all looks a little new and fancy — we'll walk through everything together, nice and easy.
This is a payment portal where you can send money to Abhinaba Das. That's it. Simple, secure, and fast.
No complicated stuff, promise.
Step 1 — Log in
Before you can do anything, you need to sign in with your Google account.
Just hit the SYSTEM ACCESS button in the menu (top of the page), and Google will handle the rest.
We never see your password — Google takes care of that securely.
Step 2 — Choose how you want to pay
Once you're logged in, you'll see three payment options at the top of the right panel:
UPI_GATEWAY — Pay using any UPI app like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or your bank's UPI app. This is the easiest way if you're in India. Just enter the amount, scan the QR code or tap the app shortcut, and pay.
CRYPTO — Want to pay with cryptocurrency? Choose this tab, pick your coin (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, and many more), enter the amount in INR, and you'll get a unique crypto address to send to. The page will watch for your payment automatically.
PayPal — International? No problem. Pick PayPal, enter the amount in your currency (USD and others), and use the official PayPal checkout button. You can do a one-time payment or set up a recurring subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
Step 3 — Enter the amount
Type the amount you want to pay in the big number field. For UPI it's in ₹ (INR), for PayPal it's in your selected currency.
You can also tap the quick chips (100, 500, 1K, etc.) to fill common amounts instantly.
Optionally, add a note in the ADD_NOTE field — like what the payment is for. Totally optional but helpful.
Step 4 — Send the payment & upload proof
How this works depends on your payment method:
UPI: Hit "Initialize Transfer" — you'll be asked to upload a screenshot of your payment confirmation. Take a screenshot from your UPI app showing the payment was sent, then upload it here. This proof is sent securely for verification.
Crypto: Hit "Initialize Transfer" — a unique deposit address and exact amount will appear. Send exactly that amount to that address. The page will automatically detect your payment — no need to upload anything.
PayPal: Just click the official PayPal button and complete checkout on PayPal's website. It auto-verifies — nothing else needed from you.
Why upload proof for UPI? Because UPI payments need to be manually verified to make sure they actually came through. It's a security thing — better safe than sorry!
Step 5 — Wait for verification
After you submit, you'll see a screen that shows PENDING status. Don't panic!
For UPI payments, Abhinaba manually checks each one — this usually takes a few minutes.
For crypto and PayPal, it's usually instant or near-instant.
You don't need to refresh — the status updates live on screen all by itself. Just keep the page open.
Once verified, you'll see a big green VERIFIED badge. Yay!
If your payment gets Rejected, it'll say why. Usually it's a mismatch in amount or unclear proof. Just create a support ticket (more on that below) and we'll sort it out.
Getting your receipt
Once your payment is Verified, a DOWNLOAD RECEIPT button appears right there on the success screen.
Click it to get a proper receipt with a receipt number, verification details, and all the info you need.
A receipt is also emailed to you automatically — check your inbox (and spam folder just in case).
You can also find receipts for all your past payments in the LOGS section (the LOGS button in the top bar after you log in).
Lost the email? In LOGS, find any verified payment and hit the download icon to get the receipt, or the paper plane icon to resend the receipt to your email.
Viewing your payment history (LOGS)
Click LOGS in the top bar (visible after login) to open the Transaction Dashboard.
Here you'll see a summary of all your payments — total count, verified amount, pending count, and failed/expired count.
You can search by ID, method, or note, filter by status (Verified, Pending, Rejected, Expired), filter by payment method, and pick a time range (last 7 days, 30 days, etc.).
Every verified payment has a download and resend receipt button right there.
Need help? Create a support ticket
If something goes wrong — payment failed, wrong amount, confused about something — don't stress.
Click the HELP button in the top bar. Fill in your name, email, the issue type, and describe what happened.
Hit TRANSMIT TICKET and your ticket is created.
After submitting, you'll get a ticket ID and a VIEW TICKET button to jump right into the conversation.
You can also access all your tickets anytime via the TICKETS button in the top bar.
Inside a ticket, you can chat back and forth with support — send messages, attach files or screenshots. It's like a little chat window just for your issue.
Your ticket goes through statuses: Open → Accepted → Resolved (or Rejected if it's not valid). You'll see status updates right in the chat.
Once a ticket is Resolved or Rejected, you can't reply anymore — but you can always create a new ticket if needed.
Pro tip: You can also email abhinaba@duck.com directly if you prefer. But tickets are faster because they're tracked and you get real-time updates.
Is this safe?
Absolutely. Here's why you can trust this portal:
UPI payments go directly through your bank's UPI app — we never see your bank details or PIN.
Crypto payments go to a unique, temporary address generated just for your transaction.
PayPal payments are processed entirely on PayPal's official checkout — we never touch your card or bank info.
All your transaction records are stored securely and only you and Abhinaba can see them.
Every UPI payment is manually verified to prevent fraud and mistakes.
Quick FAQ
How long does verification take? Usually a few minutes for UPI. Crypto and PayPal are near-instant.
I paid the wrong amount! Create a support ticket via HELP. Don't make a second payment without confirming first.
My payment expired! Pending UPI payments expire after 24 hours if not verified. Create a ticket if this happens unexpectedly.
Can I pay without logging in? PayPal allows guest checkout. But for UPI and crypto, you'll need to sign in so we can track your payment.
Where's my receipt? Check your email, download from the success screen, or find it in LOGS.
