1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the payment portal at pay.itsabhinaba.in ("Portal") operated by Abhinaba Das ("Service Provider"), a freelance software engineer based in Asansol, West Bengal, India.

2. Services

The Portal facilitates payment collection for custom software development, web application engineering, API integration, desktop automation, and technical consulting services ("Services") provided by the Service Provider.

3. Payment Terms

All payments made through this Portal are for specific project scopes agreed upon between the client and the Service Provider. Payments are non-transferable and apply only to the project or service engagement for which they were collected. All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay.

4. Acceptance of Work

Payment constitutes acceptance of the agreed project scope. Any changes to the scope after payment may require additional charges, to be mutually agreed upon in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom-developed deliverables as specified in the project agreement. The Service Provider retains the right to use non-proprietary techniques and general knowledge gained during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the delivered software. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service engagement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal, India.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility

Since all services provided are custom software development and digital consulting, refund eligibility depends on the stage of project execution:

Full Refund: Available within 48 hours of payment if no project work has commenced. Request via email to pay@itsabhinaba.in.
Partial Refund: Once custom software development has commenced, partial refunds are calculated based on the percentage of completed milestones versus total project scope.
No Refund: No refunds are available for fully completed and delivered projects, or for consulting sessions already conducted.

2. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project engagement by providing written notice via email. Upon cancellation, the client is invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (Razorpay). Refund amounts are net of any applicable payment processor fees.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact pay@itsabhinaba.in with your payment ID and details. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 7 business days.

Hey! Don't worry if this all looks a little new and fancy we'll walk through everything together, nice and easy. This is a payment portal where you can send money to Abhinaba Das. That's it. Simple, secure, and fast. No complicated stuff, promise.
Step 1 No login needed
There's no account and no login just enter an amount and pay with Razorpay. Razorpay captures your phone and email securely at checkout, and that's all you need to view your transactions and receipts later.
Step 2 Choose how you want to pay
Every payment goes through Razorpay's official checkout:
  • Razorpay International? No problem. Pick Razorpay and choose a non-INR currency (USD, EUR, GBP, and more) from the currency selector. PayPal then appears inside the Razorpay checkout for non-INR amounts. INR payments use UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. One-time payments only.
Step 3 Enter the amount
Type the amount you want to pay in the big number field. All payments are securely processed and converted as necessary. You can also tap the quick chips (100, 500, 1K, etc.) to fill common amounts instantly. Optionally, add a note in the Add Note field like what the payment is for. Totally optional but helpful.
Step 4 Pay with Razorpay
How this works depends on your payment method:
  • Razorpay: Just click the Razorpay button and complete checkout in the secure Razorpay window. It auto-verifies nothing else needed from you.
Step 5 Confirmation
After you pay, the status updates live on screen all by itself — no need to refresh. For Razorpay it's usually instant. Once the payment is confirmed, you'll see a big green VERIFIED badge. Yay!
If a payment fails, you'll be told on screen. Just create a support ticket (more on that below) and we'll sort it out.
Getting your receipt
Once your payment is Verified, a DOWNLOAD RECEIPT button appears right there on the success screen. Click it to get a proper receipt with a receipt number, verification details, and all the info you need. A receipt is also emailed to you automatically check your inbox (and spam folder just in case). You can also find receipts for all your past payments in the HISTORY section (the HISTORY button in the top bar after you log in).
Lost the email? In HISTORY, find any verified payment and hit the download icon to get the receipt, or the paper plane icon to resend the receipt to your email.
Viewing your payment history
Click HISTORY in the top bar (visible after login) to open the Transaction Dashboard. Here you'll see a summary of all your payments total count, verified amount, pending count, and failed/expired count. You can search by ID, method, or note, filter by status (Verified, Pending, Rejected, Expired), filter by payment method, and pick a time range (last 7 days, 30 days, etc.). Every verified payment has a download and resend receipt button right there.
Need help? Create a support ticket
If something goes wrong payment failed, wrong amount, confused about something don't stress. Click the HELP button in the top bar. Fill in your name, email, the issue type, and describe what happened. Hit TRANSMIT TICKET and your ticket is created.
  • After submitting, you'll get a ticket ID and a VIEW TICKET button to jump right into the conversation.
  • You can also access all your tickets anytime via the TICKETS button in the top bar.
  • Inside a ticket, you can chat back and forth with support send messages, attach files or screenshots. It's like a little chat window just for your issue.
  • Your ticket goes through statuses: Open Accepted Resolved (or Rejected if it's not valid). You'll see status updates right in the chat.
  • Once a ticket is Resolved or Rejected, you can't reply anymore but you can always create a new ticket if needed.
