This portal facilitates payments for freelance software engineering and technical consulting services provided by Abhinaba Das. The portal supports payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets).

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (Razorpay).
Prices for services are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified for international clients.
Payment must be completed before the commencement of work unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify pricing for future engagements with prior notice.

4. Service Delivery

Service timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon on a per-project basis.
The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing assets) may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the delivered work as specified in the project agreement. The Service Provider retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and expertise gained during the engagement for future projects.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this portal or the delivered services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service engagement.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when making payments.
You will not use this portal for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent any security measures on this portal.

8. Privacy

Your use of this portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
